Bolton & Menk, Inc. has the technical <br />expertise, experience and resources to complete this project for the Cities and we appreciate your <br />consideration. <br />In accordance with your request, we are pleased to present you with this proposal to provide engineering <br />services to the Cities of Ramsey, Minnesota and St. Francis, Minnesota for investigating regional water • <br />supply at,d treatment solutions.
