Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #07- 02 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 ACCESS MANAGEMENT <br />• <br />STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey and Anoka County entered into a joint powers <br />agreement to prepare a Trunk Highway 10 Access Management Study; and <br />WHEREAS, the study was funded with a federal grant in the amount of $200,000 with <br />the City and County each contributing $25,000; and <br />WHEREAS, the consulting firm SEH together with The Tinklenberg Group and RANI <br />Engineering were-selected as the consultants; and <br />WHEREAS, the study has been completed, reviewed and presented at a the February 20, <br />2007 work session. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />The City Council accepts the Trunk Highway 10 access Management Study dated February 2007 <br />prepared by The Tinklenberg Group, RANI Engineering and SEH. <br />• <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon Ivote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 27th day of February, 2007. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />• <br />—160 <br />
