• <br />#9 <br />CONSIDER ACCEPTING 2007 OBJECTIVES AND WORK PLAN <br />CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Management Intern <br />Background: <br />Each year, staff develops Objectives and Work Plan for the current year, which is <br />organized by department. This document is used as a tool for City Staff to ensure that the <br />projects City Staff is working on is at the direction of the City Council. Work Plan items <br />completed in 2005 are included with a strikethrough, new objectives are provided in <br />italics, and ongoing objectives are provided in regular font (no italics or strikethroughs). <br />The Objectives and Work Plan should follow closely the Five Year Goals reviewed at the <br />January 19 - 20 th Strategic Planning Session. <br />As Council may recall, the 2007 Objectives and Work Plan was reviewed at the February <br />13 2007 Council Work Session.
