(B) The flow measurement device utilized for this monitoring period shall be the City <br />water meter serving the property. <br />(C) The Owner shall record and document water meter readings at intervals not <br />exceeding seven (7) calendar days throughout the monitoring period. <br />(D) All records shall include the date of the reading, meter reading, calculated water <br />usage since the previous reading, and any information reasonably requested by the <br />City. <br />(E) The Owner shall provide copies of all recorded readings to the City within fourteen <br />(14) days following completion of the three-month monitoring period. <br />3. FLOW EVALUATION <br />(A) Upon completion of the monitoring period, the flow data shall be reviewed and <br />evaluated by the City's Septic Inspector and the system designer, Mark Tradewell, <br />or their successors or designees. <br />(B) The average and peak wastewater flow determinations shall be made in accordance <br />with applicable provisions of Minnesota Rules Chapters 7080 through 7083 and <br />accepted engineering practices. <br />(C) The determination of whether the existing system has adequate treatment and <br />dispersal capacity shall be based upon the findings of the City's Septic Inspector <br />and the system designer. <br />4. REQUIRED SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS <br />(A) If the measured flows exceed the approved capacity of the septic tank(s), drainfield, <br />or other components of the OWTS as determined pursuant to Section 3(C), the <br />Owner agrees to install additional septic tank capacity, additional drainfield <br />capacity, or both, as determined to be necessary by the City's Septic Inspector and <br />the system designer. <br />(B) All required improvements shall be designed, permitted, and installed in <br />compliance with applicable City ordinances and Minnesota Rules Chapters 7080 <br />through 7083. <br />(C) All costs associated with design, permitting, installation, inspection, and <br />maintenance of required improvements shall be the sole responsibility of the <br />Owner. <br />5. FUTURE CHANGE IN USE <br />(A) The Owner acknowledges that the current evaluation is based upon the existing use <br />of the property. <br />(B) In the event the use or occupancy of the property changes in a manner that may <br />increase wastewater flows, including but not limited to: <br />
