5. 9. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />07/14/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-152 Approving the Final Plat of "Wildlife Research Addition" <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The minor plat of Wildlife Research Addition consolidates two parcels into one in order to facilitate a building expansion. <br />The proposed lot meets all the I-1 Zoning District standards. The proposed final plat reflects the vacated easements that are <br />being made by a separate motion on tonight's agenda. <br />Notification: <br />Public notice is not required for a minor plat. With this case, other aspects were provided notice (easement vacation and <br />conditional use permit). <br />Funding Source: <br />Costs associated with this project are the responsibility of the applicant.
