Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-152 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF <br />"WILDLIFE RESEARCH ADDITION" <br />WHEREAS, John Grotkin of RJ Ryan, Inc., on behalf of his client, LH Road LLC, properly applied <br />for Final Plat (Minor Plat) approval of the property generally located east of Azurite Street NW between <br />144th Avenue and Sunwood Drive NW and legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Third Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />Tract B, Registered Land Survey Number 251, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is guided Business Park in the City's adopted 2040 <br />Comprehensive Plan and zoned I-1 Light Industrial; <br />WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision conforms to the I-1 Zoning District standards; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Wildlife Research Addition on July 14, <br />2026. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants <br />Final Plat approval for Wildlife Research Addition. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 14t'' <br />day of July, 2026. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
