<br />documentary titled Minnesota Mao, which discusses election issues involving the City of Oak <br />Grove, and encouraged councilmembers to watch the film. <br /> <br />Mr. Lind also informed the Council of litigation involving the Upper Midwest Law Center and the <br />City of Oak Grove concerning poll pads. He provided informational materials included in the <br />Council packet. He questioned what he characterized as conflicting guidance between the State of <br />Minnesota and Anoka County regarding whether paper poll pads may be used. He requested that <br />the Council consider returning to paper poll pads for future elections. <br /> <br />Mayor Heineman thanked Mr. Lind for providing the information and noted that councilmembers <br />could contact him with additional questions. No further public comments were offered. <br />5.
