Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Buscher, Olson, Peters, Riley, <br />Specht, and Stewart. Voting No: None. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: PUBLIC HEARING: Adopt Resolution #26-151 Vacating Drainage and Utility <br />Easements in “Sunfish Lake Business Park” and “Sunfish Lake Business Park <br />Third Addition” <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Stephanie Hanson presented a request to vacate existing <br />drainage and utility easements associated with Wildlife Research Center, located at 14485 <br />Azurite Street Northwest. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Heineman opened the public hearing and invited public comments. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />No members of the public spoke during the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peters, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Buscher, Olson, Peters, Riley, <br />Specht, and Stewart. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Heineman commented that it was encouraging to see an existing Ramsey business <br />continue to grow and expand within the community. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peters, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution #26- <br />151, Vacating Drainage and Utility Easements in “Sunfish Lake Business Park” and “Sunfish Lake <br />Business Park Third Addition” <br /> <br />City Council /July 14, 2026 <br />Page 4 of 10 <br /> <br />
