Councilmember Olson aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Peters aye <br />Mayor Heineman aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.03: Adopt Resolution #26-165 Approving Conditional Use Permits for Outdoor Storage <br />and Multiple Principal Structures on One Lot at 14485 Azurite St NW — Wildlife <br />Research <br />Community Development Director Hanson presented Resolution #26-165 approving conditional <br />use permits allowing multiple principal structures and outdoor storage for Wildlife Research at <br />14485 Azurite Street Northwest. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Specht, to adopt Resolution #26- <br />165, Approving Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor Storage and Multiple Principal Structures on <br />One Lot at 14485 Azurite St NW — Wildlife Research. <br />The City Council thanked the business owners for working cooperatively with City staff <br />throughout the approval process and expressed appreciation for the company's continued growth <br />within Ramsey. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Buscher, Olson, Peters, Riley, <br />Specht, and Stewart.
