<br />Community Revitalization Proiects <br /> <br />6030 Bunker Lake Boulevard NW: Zero-Zone Refrigeration purchased the property on.February <br />16,2007. <br /> <br />14280 Sunfish Lake Blvd NW: Riverside Manufacturing - Building is done and a Grand <br />Opening will be scheduled for April 6, 2007. <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Received a general inquiry on developing a restaurant on that site. AS <br />more information becomes available it will be passed on to the EDA. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: Staff will continue to work with Ace Solid Waste for development of the <br />site. A draft purchase agreement was submitted to staff in late January. <br /> <br />14230 Basalt St NW: Building will be demolished by the end of April. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Ramsey Crossings: Robert Muir Companies has cancelled its development agreement with the <br />City of Ramsey. The City has entered into exclusive negotiations with Ryan Company to <br />develop the Ramsey Crossing's site. The City must move diligently to get the deal done .as to <br />stay on schedule for the condemnations that have been commenced. TIF District No.13 has been <br />created for this project. The next steps in this project are to finalize the Development <br />Agreement and to approve the Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />Additional Parcels Identified for Acquisition: Acquisitions are expected to occur on the KIH, <br />Brown and Sparkle Pool properties within the next 3 months. <br /> <br />Parks Property: Demolition will be complete on this parcel prior to the end of April. <br /> <br />Future Meeting Topics: <br />1.
