The architect is designing the building and the Developer is awaiting a Sworn <br />Construction Statement. <br /> <br />Minnesota Waterjet - Project financing is still being worked out and it appears as if the <br />transaction will be complete in March 2007. <br /> <br />2/3 size Hockey Rinks - Staff received numerous inquiries about locating a 2/3 hockey <br />rink and training facility to Ramsey. Site of interest include Diamonds Sports Bar and <br />other lots in all industrial parks. Currently one of the developers is trying to secure a site <br />adjacent to Diamonds Sports Bar. The Planning Commission will be reviewing a Minor <br />Subdivision on March 1, 2007. <br /> <br />Unnamed Prospect - A small manufacturer (20,000 - 35,000 S.F.) has shown interest in <br />locating to the City of Ramsey. The company is interested on locating on Ebony <br />Addition site. Stay tuned. . . <br /> <br />Panther Precision - Panther continues to express interest in acquiring the site adjacent <br />to its existing facility. <br /> <br />Luxury Recreational Vehicle manufacturer - A start-up business that builds luxury <br />recreational vehicles is interested in locating in Ramsey. They have expressed interest in <br />utilizing the revolving loan fund. No new information to report. <br /> <br />Plastic Injection Mold Company - Staff is working on a proposal to submit to a <br />100,000 Square foot project. More details to come. <br /> <br />Business Grand OpeniUl:!s:. Riverside Manufacturing (April 6th) more information to come.. <br /> <br />Business Communication Initiatives: The meeting date for the Business Connection Meeting <br />is undetermined at this point. <br /> <br />39 <br />
