Commissioner Musgrove stated that she is going to vote against this as she believes that they could <br />add restrictions that would provide more guidance on where uses are allowed. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Gengler, Commissioners Lubarski, Musgrove, <br />Allshouse, Bauer, Cochrane, and Sanoe. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />7. COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />8. COMMISSION / STAFF INPUT <br />Planning Manager Larson provided a brief overview of his written report, noting items that will <br />come forward on future agendas of the Commission. <br />Commissioner Bauer commented that he believes the solar array is a good use for the closed <br />landfill site. <br />Commissioner Musgrove asked if there would be additional landscaping. <br />Senior Planner Anderson replied that he was unsure of the landscaping that was required. <br />Planning Manager Larson commented that a row of evergreens was planted, recognizing that the <br />desired screening would not be provided on day one, but as those trees grow. He noted that the <br />intention was to have some screening but that the site would not be completely screened. <br />Commissioner Bauer acknowledged the work of staff to simplify and provide consistency <br />throughout the City Code. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Musgrove, seconded by Commissioner Lubarski, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Gengler, Commissioners Musgrove, Lubarski, <br />Allshouse, Bauer, Cochrane, and Sanoe. Voting No: None.
