Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-185 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRADING AGREEMENT <br />FOR "NORTH BROOK MEADOWS" <br />WHEREAS, US Home, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer," properly applied for a grading <br />permit in conjunction with an approved preliminary plat of "North Brook Meadows," a 77-lot single-family <br />subdivision on the property generally located west of Nowthen Boulevard and north of 173' Avenue NW <br />and legally described as: <br />The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, <br />except the South 329 feet of the East 400 feet thereof, except roads, subject to easements <br />of record, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />and <br />The South 329 feet of the East 400 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter <br />of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, except roads, subject to easements of record, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved a 77-lot single-family preliminary plat request by <br />Platinum Land, LLC, on September 28, 2021, via Resolution #21-248; and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council subsequently approved a three-year time extension on August 23, <br />2022, via Resolution #22-177; and <br />WHEREAS, a subsequent one-year extension was approved on August 23, 2025, via Resolution <br />#25-166; and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property has been sold to US Home, LLC, with the intent of development <br />consistent with the preliminary plat approvals; <br />WHEREAS, the proposed grading agreement permits the Developer to commence work on the <br />project. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby <br />approves the Grading Agreement for North Brook Meadows and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Administrator to sign it. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
