<br />Appendix E <br />Potential Conflict of Interest Disclosures <br /> <br />Nathe Property: <br /> <br />The Consultant has a pre-existing relationship with Joe and Maude Nathe concerning their property in the <br />City of Ramsey, which property is the subject of discussions concerning a future bridge crossing and <br />highway right-of-way. Proposals have been earlier shared with the Client to avoid eminent domain <br />proceedings through density transfers. Consultant aims to complete this work before relevant se.ctions of <br />the comprehensive planning process are underway. In addition, the lead planner for the Nathe property <br />project will not be the same lead planner providing services to the Client under this Agreement. <br /> <br />City of Dayton: <br /> <br />The Consultant is working for the City of Dayton on their comprehensive plan. Despite this work, <br />Consultant will faithfully represent the City of Ramsey's preferred plans and policies to the public, the <br />Metropolitan Council, and others throughout the process. <br /> <br />Further Disclosures: <br /> <br />If requested by Client, Consultant will disclose either or both of the foregoing relationships to other entities <br />or the public at large at public meetings. <br /> <br />Process for Resolving Conflicts of Interest: <br /> <br />If Client believes, at any time, that either of the foregoing relationships arise to a conflict of interest for <br />which disclosure alone is inadequate, Client will inform Consultant, and Client and Consultant will take all <br />reasonable efforts to resolve any such conflict of interest to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. <br /> <br />Public Sector - no design or construction <br />-118- <br /> <br />E -1 <br />
