<br />'CCASE# b <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF <br />AN ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MEMBER AND APPOINTING A <br />NEW BOARD MEMBER <br /> <br />By: Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As of December 2006 there were two vacancies on the Environmental Policy Board. <br />Interviews were conducted for the two seats and Michael Max and Mark Anderson were <br />appointed to the Environmental Policy Board by the City Council. Mr. Mark Anderson <br />was appointed to a two year term that will expire December 31,2008. <br /> <br />On February 9, 2007 Mr. Anderson submitted the attached letter of resignation. Staff is <br />recommending that another applicant for the Environmental Policy Board, Ms. Rachel <br />Montague, be appointed to fill the seat left vacant by Mr. Anderson's resignation.
