<br />1 <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />THE PART-TIME BIDLDING MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Don Meyenburg was hired as a part-time building maintenance <br />worker on August 28, 2006 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Meyenburg has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending that the City Council end Mr. Meyenburg's <br />probationary period, effective February 28, 2007, and that he be retained as a part-time <br />regular building maintenance worker. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey accepts the recommendation of staff to <br />end the probationary period for Don Meyenburg, effective February 28,2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 13th day of March 2007. <br /> <br />-148- <br /> <br />G:\Administration\HumanResources\Perfonnance Evaluations\Ending Probation\Meyenburg,3-13-07.doc <br />
