<br />The schedule associated with these projects is another element which has been revised. If <br />the public hearings initiating these projects are held at the end of March, bidding of the <br />project could take place in September of this year. This would be too late for the <br />construction located within 15ih Lane to occur during 2007. This construction would be <br />better undertaken during the spring of 2008. It would be feasible to construct the <br />connecting trunk watermains for this project, and also the Ramsey Boulevard project in <br />the fall of 2007 since the Ramsey Boulevard project does not require an extensive amount <br />of street reconstruction. <br /> <br />Funding: <br /> <br />Below is a summary of the financing. The project costs would be fully assessed to the <br />benefited property owners.
