<br />, <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-12-406 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK OFFICE <br />CONDOS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 28, 2006, Saint Andrews Investment Group, LLC, herein <br />after referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for Final Plat for a major subdivision to <br />develop Northfork Office Condos in accordance with the preliminary plat on the property legally <br />described as <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block l, and Outlot B, West Ramsey Industrial Park <br /> <br />-AND- <br /> <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Commercial Park 2nd Addition <br />-AND- <br /> <br />Outlot A, West Ramsey Industrial Park <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lots l-4, and Outlot A, Northfork Office Condos <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under <br />Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on September 7,2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planni:r)g Commission reviewed the preliminary plat application, a <br />public hearing was held in accordance with State Statute and said hearing was properly <br />advertised on October 5, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat application on October 24, <br />2006, and approved it, with the following contingencies: revising the sizing assumptions for the <br />community septic system that utilize the proposed sizing suggestions stated in the City Staff <br />Review Letter; providing information about the exact location of the community septic system, <br />alternate site, and community well with Lot 2, Block l, to ensure the undisturbed nature of the <br />soil; and providing information, in a written format, regarding the responsible party for <br />management and maintenance of the community septic system and well; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on December 28, 2006. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Office Condos in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon the following items: <br />
