<br />" <br /> <br />1) Compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated December 21,2006 <br />2) A revised grading and utility plan being submitted that is satisfactory to the Engineering <br />Department. <br />3) A copy of an utility operating agreement between EcoCheck and the developer being <br />submitted to the City. <br />4) A viable community septic system and well being constructed to meet the demands for all <br />15 buildings. <br />5) Developer entering into a development agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 2St day of December ,2006. ~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-12-406 <br />Page 2 of2 <br />
