Charter Commission <br />Meeting Date: <br />10/21/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Enhance City's communication through transparency and accountability. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Approve Year End Activity Letter to Chief Judge for Year 2025 <br />5. 2. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: To fulfill the requirement of submitting an annual report to the Chief Judge of the Tenth Judicial District. <br />Background: In accordance with Minnesota Statutes 410.05, an annual report reflecting the activities of the <br />Charter Commission must be submitted to the Chief Judge of the Tenth Judicial District. Attached to this case is <br />the summary letter for the year 2025 for the Commission's review, comment and approval.
