5. 7. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />10/13/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-226 Approving a Development Agreement for Harlow Beckett Enterprises (Scooter's Coffee) <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Last month, the City Council approved the conditional use permit and minor plat associated with the Scooter's Coffee <br />project. The next step is approval of a Development Agreement outlining platting fees and financial guarantees for site <br />improvements.
