We propose to provide 10 copies of the Draft NRI Report by August 1 to allow time for members to review the document. We propose'to present the Draft NRI Report at the August 6 Environmental Policy Board meeting. At this time, input will be solicited from City staff and Board members on the contents of the report. Deliver,ables: ~ Ten copies of Draft NRI Report, including color figures ~ Presentation of Draft NRI Report to Environmental Policy Board Task 10 - Final Report and Presentation Late August 2007 . We recommend a two-week review/comment period for the draft report to allow time for those comments received to be incorporated into the document and a Final NRI Report to be printed. If comments are received from the City by August 22, we will deliver 10 copies of the . printed final report, an electronic copy of the report, and related digital data (e.g. Arc View files) by August 31.
