The Cit;}' has developed two good ordinances - tree preservation and a wetland buffer ordinance. . Bonestroo will review existing Cit;}' subdivision requirements along with infQrmation garnered from the Ramsey 3 Open Space Technology meetings and provide recommendations on how Cit;}' codes/ordinances ~n be updated. Since Low Impact Development strategies such as clustering tend to work best on parcels of some size, we propose to identify parcels greater than 10 acres in size that are suitable for alternative development standards. We will discuss our recommendations with Cit;}' staff and fine . tune our recommendations prior to development of a Draft Report. Dellverables: ~ Report section' providing recommendations for updating City rules/ordinances ~ Map highlighting parcels of greater than 10 acres where alternative design methods are appropriate Task 9: Report Creation and Draft Report Presentation Late July - August 2007 After completing field work and data entry, a draft report will be created that includes site-specific information regarding communit'type, quality, restoration potential, and other pertinent information mentioned above. .The report contents are anticipated to include: ~ Project Methodology .
