<br />Project Team <br /> <br />We have assembled the following team for your project: <br /> <br />Project Director <br />Kim Alan Chapman, PhD (principal Ecologist) will direct and oversee the project, ensuring <br />quality control and scientific integrity. I<.1m's extensive natural resources inventory and <br />assessment experience, coupled with his leadership in several conservation planning projects <br />(including the comprehensive plan updates for the City of Chisago and the City of Isantl), have <br />direct application to the City of Ramsey NRI. <br /> <br />Project Manager/Lead Ecologist <br />Douglas Mensing, MS, PWS (Senior Ecologist) will manage the project, oversee and carry out <br />data collection and analysis, and direct the preparation of products. Doug will be the primary <br />contact with City of Ramsey. Doug's experience working with cities and private landowners on <br />NRI/ A work (including the 6-township Scott County MLCCS work) as well as conservation <br />planning projects will bring a wealth of ideas and strategies to benefit your project. <br /> <br />GIS Specialist & Cartogtapher <br />Rio Roland, MURP (GIS Analyst) will manage the integration of the existing data available for <br />the City of Ramsey with AES data from the field, and will generate the required GIS data layers <br />and project maps. Rio will assist in carrying out data analysis, and direct the preparation of <br />products. Rio has worked with large and small scale NRI/ A projects, from watershed basins to <br />site developments, and will benefit the project with th~ practical application of his knowledge in <br />a GIS platform. <br /> <br />Assistant Ecologist <br />Caitlin Coberly, PhD (Staff Ecologist) will assist with the field work necessary to ground-truth <br />existing data and capture new and essential information regarding native plant communities, <br />habitat, and potential ecological threats. Cait is well versed in Minnesota native plant <br />communities and is an expert in field data collection. With her highly experienced background <br />. in field work, she will provide efficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. <br /> <br />Other experienced AES staff are a~ailable and will assist if their involvement would benefit your <br />project. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Proposal - City of Ramsey NRI <br />
