We also understand that for the County to receive RALF funds, the <br />Boike property will need to be officially mapped as part of the Northwest Bridge Corridor. To <br />that end, the City of Ramsey has passed a resolution, which is attached, authorizing the City to <br />officially map the Boike property. <br />The City of Ramsey appreciates the efforts being made to negotiate with Mr. Boike and to reach <br />agreement that will not only acquire an undeveloped property crucial to future transportation <br />improvements along the TH10 corridor, but to do so in a way that is manageable for the financial <br />needs of our community. <br />Sincerely,, <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Thomas G.
