Council consensus was to direct staff to proceed with the following: <br />• Include Council authorization of the contract with Waters Consulting Group as the <br />Executive Search Firm on the agenda of the February 13, 2007 City Council meeting. <br />The contract should be included on the work session prior to the City Council meeting for <br />a brief discussion with the following areas of the contract to be addressed: <br />• The contract should state that Ms. Sims will be the point person through the <br />duration of the search process. <br />• The portion of the contract in relation to assisting the city with a compensation <br />packet for a successful candidate should be fleshed out. <br />• Provide Council with the current city administrator job description for review <br />Human Resources Manager Reed Kone indicated Council will be emailed the contract for <br />review.
