CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, February 13, <br />2007, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Also Present: Interim City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kone <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:21 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) 2006 Annual Report and 2007 Objectives & Work Plan <br />Management Intern Gladhill indicated included in the Council's packet is the 2006 Annual <br />Report and 2007 Objectives and Work Plan. He requested any feedback from the Council. Mr. <br />Gladhill indicated the 2007 Objectives and Work Plan will be included on the February 27, 2007 <br />City Council meeting for adoption. The 2006 Annual Report will be placed on the City Council <br />meeting agenda for presentation on February 27, 2007. <br />Councilmember Elvig asked how the 2006 Annual Report is presented to the public so they are <br />aware of what has been accomplished. <br />City Council Work Session / February 13, 2007 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
