<br />1. Preliminary Site Plan. The preliminary site plan <br />shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet, <br />100 feet, or 200 feet. The submission may be <br />composed of one or more sheets and drawings and <br />shall include: <br /> <br />aa. Location of all proposed buildings and their <br />proposed uses; <br /> <br />bb. Location of driveways and parking areas (all <br />driveways and parking areas must include <br />curbing); <br /> <br />cc. Indicate front, side and rear yard setbacks <br />proposed; <br /> <br />dd. Indicate square footage and dimensions of <br />all proposed lots; and; <br /> <br />ee. Location of all easements, width and <br />purpose. <br /> <br />11. Landscape Plan. The landscape plan shall be <br />prepared at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet and <br />shall contain the following information: <br /> <br />aa. Indicate areas for berming and sodding; <br /> <br />bb. Indicate the location of proposed plantings, <br />identify plant materials; <br /> <br />cc. Indicate any existing vegetation; and <br /> <br />dd. Indicate any trees to be removed. <br /> <br />111. Grading and Drainage PIan. The grading and <br />drainage plan shall be drawn at a scale of one inch <br />equals 50 feet, 100 feet or 200 feet and shall contain <br />the following information: <br /> <br />aa.
