<br />bb. Sufficient spot elevations on all proposed <br />hard surface areas; <br /> <br />cc. Estimated runoff of the area based on 10 and <br />100 year storm events; <br /> <br />dd. Provisions to carry runoff to the nearest <br />adequate outlet, such as storm drain, natural <br />drainage way, or street; <br /> <br />ee. Location of proposed ponding areas, <br />indicating the size and depth of the pond and <br />amount of acre feet of water to be stored; <br /> <br />ff. Finished floor elevations of all buildings; <br /> <br />gg. Identify soils by type and location, including <br />identification of the water table, and <br />suitability of soil for the proposed <br />development; and <br /> <br />hh. Identify any areas located in a flood hazard <br />zone as identified by the Department of <br />Natural Resources. <br /> <br />IV. Topographic Map. The topographic map shall be <br />drawn at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet and <br />shall contain the following information: <br /> <br />aa. Two foot contour intervals; <br /> <br />bb. Indicate water courses, rock outcroppings, <br />and other significant land features; and <br /> <br />cc. Use U.S. Geological Service datum for <br />mappmg. <br /> <br />v. Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans and <br />elevations shall be drawn to a legible scale and <br />include the following information: <br /> <br />aa.
