BUSINESS PARK 95 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />March 17, 1998, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson David Kent <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member James Norman <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Chairperson Ken Wagner <br />Board Member Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member Bob Perovich <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Mark Peck, Peck Properties <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson David Kent called the meeting of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review <br />Board to order at 6:50 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus of those present was to review cases on the agenda reversing the order of Cases 1 and <br />2. <br /> <br />APPROVE BUSINESS PARK 95 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MINUTES <br /> <br />Due to lack of a quorum, approval of Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board minutes <br />dated October 29, 1997, was forwarded to the next agenda. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #2: Request for Site Plan Approval; Case of Peck Properties <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City has received a request for site plan review and <br />approval from Mark Peck for a 61,700 square foot multi-tenant office and warehouse building to <br />be constructed on Lot 2, Block 1, Business Park 95 7th Addition. Ms. Frolik stated that the site <br />plan is in compliance with City Code and the Business Park 95 covenants requirements. The <br />Ramsey Planning Commission has reviewed the plan and recommended approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
