The Board discussed the covenants requirement for mechanical equipment on the roof to either <br />be screened or painted a compatible color with the building for blending. Mark Peck of Peck <br />Properties was present and stated that he was not planning to screen the equipment on the roof, <br />but it will be color compatible and blend in. The Board was agreeable to Mr. Peck's plans to <br />have painted mechanical equipment on the roof. <br /> <br />Consensus of those present was that the site plan for Peck Properties is acceptable. <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for Revised Site Plan Approval of Amcon West; Case of Amcon <br />Corporation <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik noted that the site plan was approved in 1997 to be a two-phase <br />project. It is located on Lot 1, Block 2, Business Park 95 4th Addition.
