2.) Board of Adjustment regular meeting minutes dated December 2, 1997. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: <br />Anderson <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Bawden, Terry, Jensen, <br />None. Absent: None. Abstain: Board Members Wivoda and <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer adjourned the regular Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:05 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Construct an Accessory Structure Nearer the Front Property <br />Line than the Principal Structure; Case of Dan and Susan Rydbom <br /> <br />Request for a Variance from Street Frontage or Lot Width Requirements; Case of John <br />and Bonnie Enstrom <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Minimum Lot Size in the Rural Service Area; Case of John <br />Gobernatz <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case/ti: Appoint Chair and Vice-Chair for 1998 <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Bawden, seconded by Board Member Terry, to appoint Ben Deemer as <br />Chairperson and Charles LaDue as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Adjustment for 1998. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Bawden, Terry, Anderson, <br />Jensen, LaDue, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Construct an Accessory Structure Nearer the <br />Front Property Line than the Principal Structure; Case of Dan and Susan <br />Rydbom <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated the parcel is approximately 2.67 acres in size, and the house is <br />located approximately 66 feet from the front property line. The proposal is to construct a garage <br />which will be approximately 35 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />Board Member Anderson noted a typographical error on Findings of Fact #17.
