Abstain: Board Members Wivoda and PUBLIC HEARINGS Chairperson Deemer adjourned the regular Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:05 p.m. in order to conduct the following public hearings: Request for a Variance to Construct an Accessory Structure Nearer the Front Property Line than the Principal Structure; Case of Dan and Susan Rydbom Request for a Variance from Street Frontage or Lot Width Requirements; Case of John and Bonnie Enstrom Request for a Variance to Minimum Lot Size in the Rural Service Area; Case of John Gobernatz Chairperson Deemer called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:40 p.m. BOARD BUSINESS Case/ti: Appoint Chair and Vice-Chair for 1998 Motion by Board Member Bawden, seconded by Board Member Terry, to appoint Ben Deemer as Chairperson and Charles LaDue as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Adjustment for 1998. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Bawden, Terry, Anderson, Jensen, LaDue, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: None. Case #2: Request for a Variance to Construct an Accessory Structure Nearer the Front Property Line than the Principal Structure; Case of Dan and Susan Rydbom Zoning Administrator Frolik stated the parcel is approximately 2.67 acres in size, and the house is located approximately 66 feet from the front property line. The proposal is to construct a garage which will be approximately 35 feet from the front property line. Board Member Anderson noted a typographical error on Findings of Fact #17.
