Motion by Board Member Bawden, seconded by Board Member Wivoda, to adopt Resolution <br />#98-05-070 adopting Findings of Fact #0453, in the affirmative, relating to Dan and Susan <br />Rydbom's request for a variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Bawden, Wivoda, Anderson, <br />Jensen, LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Anderson, seconded by Board Member Bawden, to approve the <br />request for a variance from Dan and Susan Rydbom to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the property known as 8021 - 177th Avenue <br />NW, and adopt Resolution #98-05-071 declaring terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Anderson, Bawden, Jensen, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case/t3: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance from Street Frontage or Lot Width Requirement; <br />Case of John and Bonnie Enstrom <br /> <br />Board Member Anderson inquired if the easement would be granted to the Enstroms or to the <br />property. Zoning Administrator Frolik stated it is a legal question that she cannot answer but <br />presumed it could be granted to either a person or property. . a,~,0 <br /> <br />Board Member Anderson stated since the dispute over the extent of the easement had not been ~ <br />resolved, and the applicant did not own the property, he questioned if d~t~[~t'~he variance t~l~' <br />would be appropriate. Board Member LaDue stated the variance would be contingent on the .:~v <br />Enstroms purchasing the property and obtaining the easement. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member LaDue, seconded by Board Member Bawden, to table John and Bonnie <br />Enstrom's request for a variance from the street frontage or lot width requirement. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Board Member LaDue suggested the neighbors get together and sort out <br />who has an easement, the extent of easement, and who has a legal purchase agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
