Board Member Wivoda questioned if Findings of Fact//6 needed to be amended from 47 feet to <br />54 feet. Chairperson Deemer stated it should be treated as a typographical error. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Bawden, seconded by Board Member Wivoda, to amend Item//2 on <br />the variance from 45 feet to 50 feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Bawden, Wivoda, Jensen, <br />and Anderson. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Bawden, seconded by Board Member Wivoda, to approve the request <br />for a variance from William Hellerstedt to construct an accessory structure nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure on the property known as 8630 - 167th Lane NW, and <br />adopt Resolution #98-06-109 declaring terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
