APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Bawden, seconded by Board Member Anderson, to approve the <br />following minutes: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing minutes regarding a request for a variance to <br />construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure; <br />case of Richard Mitchell, dated June 2, 1998. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing minutes regarding a request for a variance to <br />construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure; <br />case of William Hellerstedt, dated June 2, 1998. <br /> <br />3) Board of Adjustment regular meeting minutes dated June 2, 1998. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Bawden, Anderson, LaDue, <br />Terry, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Jensen. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer adjourned the regular Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:07 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance from Street Frontage or Lot Width Requirements on PIN 08-32- <br />25-11-0014; Case of Jerry and Janice Melberg <br /> <br />Request for a Variance from Street Frontage or Lot Width Requirements on PIN 08-32- <br />25-11-0008; Case of Jerry and Janice Melberg <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance from Street Frontage or Lot Width Requirements on <br />PIN 08-32-25-11-0014; Case of Jerry and Janice Melberg <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer questioned if the easement should be 60 feet as opposed to 33 feet. He <br />suggested there be a restriction which includes both driveways within the easement in order to <br />appease the County for limited access onto County Road #63. <br /> <br />Board Member Bawden stated the Board of Adjustment was trying to rectify a mess created years <br />ago.
