The rate will change at the first of the year, and on an annual basis. <br /> <br />Easements: Drainage and utility easement will be required over the sanitary sewer and <br />watermain which are constructed to City standards for these utilities. The storm sewer shall be <br />privatelY owned and maintained storm water ponds. <br /> <br />Outside Agency Review: Although this development is not proposing to gain access from State <br />Highway #10, the City is required to notify MnDOT when development occurs adjacent to a <br />State Highway. The plans have been submitted to 1-fuDOT, <br /> <br />The Planning Co=ission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m, on Thursday, April S, 2007 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7SS0 Sunwood Drive, to review your proposed site plan and sketch <br />plan.
