ROAD AND BRIDGE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Road and Bridge Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 17, <br />1998, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Administrative Services Manager Linda Waite Smith <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Fire Chief/Director of Public Works Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br />Anoka County Commissioner Dennis Berg <br />Anoka County Highway Engineer Jon Olson <br />James Dvorak, SRF <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the Road and Bridge Committee <br />meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Update on Anoka County 2015 Transportation Plan <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired if the funding for C.R. #5 and C.R. #116 could be "flip-flopped". <br /> <br />County Engineer Olson stated that a year ago the City of Ramsey had indicated that they were <br />interested in doing improvements on C.R. #5 first and moving #116 out further. <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen explained that the City wanted to move improvements up on C.R. <br />#5 and T.H. #47 but they did not want to do it at the expense of C.R. #I 16. <br /> <br />Road and Bridge Committee/February 17, 1998 <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
