The City's files show that "we would prefer no additional direct access <br />be allowed to T.H. #47". The City's development agreement stated that "accesses to the subject <br />property shall be in accordance with specifications of the City Engineer and MnDOT". He has <br />forwarded the documentation to Attorney Goodrich for an opinion. Mr. Jankowski also <br />presented a proposed contract with SRF for professional services associated with plan <br />preparation, specifications, permits, public hearings, and all activities which would take the <br />project up to the beginning of construction. A second part of the proposal estimates the <br />remaining professional service through construction to project completion. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />recommend Council retain SRF, Inc. for professional services to pursue the T.H. #47 project up <br />to and including bidding. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen and Zimmerman.
