Discussion ensued relating to the fact that there might have been some type of an access
agreement when Mr. Peltzer dedicated the land to the City. The City Attorney will have
to check the records.

Staff was directed to determine if there were any commitments made for access to #116,
and if not, do what we can to work things out, but it appears they cannot have access, at
least not at this point due to the limited amount the City is allowed. Staff should discuss
this issue with the Comprehensive Planner also. Staffis to talk with Mrs. Millis to let her
know what is happening at present.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman
to adjourn the meeting.

Motion carried.
