Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Adoption of Individual Sewage Treatment System Ordinance <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the individual sewage treatment system ordinance was reviewed at a <br />Council work session and was introduced at the last Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman for adoption <br />of Ordinance #98-03 relating to the management of individual sewage treatment systems. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec performed a roll call vote: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beahen aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br />Councilmember Beyer absent <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #4: Report from Road and Bridge Committee <br /> <br />1) Update on Anoka County 2015 Transportation Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski reviewed the Road and Bridge Committee meeting where staff was directed to <br />prepare a letter listing comments from the Committee. He reviewed the issues communicated to <br />the County Engineer in his letter dated January 2, 1998. He proposed the County Engineer <br />attend the next Road and Bridge Committee meeting which will be held on February 17, 1998, at <br />5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen stated the reason for the meeting with the County is to express <br />concerns and work together in dealing with the State on Highway #10 since it is a State Road. <br /> <br />City Council/January 27, 1998 <br /> Page 7 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
