Mike Hanley, 17665 Argon Street NW, stated that he believes jet skis are technically allowed but <br />they must be operated under no wake conditions. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Approval of Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor, On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor and <br />Off-Sale Non-Intoxicating Liquor <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen noted the information provided does not indicate if there were <br />offenses. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich agreed that it does not. He requested that the renewal for the Lighthouse <br />Grill and Bar be removed from consideration due to a suspension which happened in January that <br />was not revealed in their application. This will provide an oppommity for staff to contact them <br />and discuss the matter. <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen asked if the Council granted a license to the new sports bar and if it <br />needs to be renewed. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained it has not been issued yet because the building has not been <br />approved but a license has been reserved for them. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />license renewals for the 1998-1999 license year as follows: <br /> <br />Applicant <br />Judy's Discount 10 Liquor <br />Ramsey Warehouse Liquor <br />Holm's Super Bowl, Inc. <br />McDuff's Eatery/Pub <br />JR's Saloon <br />Links at Northfork <br />M & L Country Liquors <br /> <br />Assigned License Number <br /> 98-001 <br /> 98-002 <br /> 98-003 <br /> 98-005 <br /> 98-006 <br /> 98-007 <br /> 98-008 <br /> <br />with the deletion of the Lighthouse Grill & Bar application until it is presented again by City <br />Staff. <br /> <br />Motion Carded.
