Absent: Councilmembers Beahen and Haas Steffen. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Improvement Project #98-16 Bituminous Paving of Bison Street from <br />171st Avenue to a Point 1,000 Feet South <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:08 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that Improvement Project #98-16 entails bituminous <br />paving of Bison Street from 171st to a point about 1,000 feet south and terminates in a <br />cul-de-sac. A feasibility study was prepared and presented to the County.
