The exterior walls are proposed to be a combination of painted rock face, split-rib
and scored concrete block. Ms. Frolik noted that the plan shows one access onto 149th
Avenue, the building will be oriented toward Unity Street. The overhead loading doors
are located on the south and east walls, not facing public streets.
