DOCUBIENT A <br /> <br />February 1, 1998 <br /> <br />FEB B 1999 <br /> <br />Dear Ramsey Planning Commission, <br /> <br />This letter is written in regard to the notification of a public hearing to consider Scott <br />and Gwyn Simpson's request for a conditional use permit. This permit is requested to <br />operate a duplex dwelling unit in the single family residential district at 16001 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW. <br /> <br />We are the next door neighbors to said property, Jiving at 16000 Nowthen Blvd. NW. <br />Although we believe Scott and Gwyn to be good neighbors, keeping their property in <br />excellent condition, we do not feel the change in zoning use to be beneficial to the <br />value of our property. We purchased this property with the understanding we were <br />living within the zoned area of single-family dwellings. It is important to us to maintain <br />our property value, and, at the same time, our privacy. <br /> <br />We regret we are unable to attend this public hearing.
