4). Gwyn and I do not have any plans in selling this property now or in the future due to this being a part of our retirement plan. 5). We have spoken with a few of our neighbors and they are well aware of what it is and have always known that it was a duplex and they are standing behind us in obtaining this permit. 6). In the last 8 years we have lived directly accross the road from this property, and we were well aware, along with our neighbors of it being a duplex and didn't have any worries of it being rental property. 7). The city of Ramsey has granted conditional use permits in the past for multi-family units in a single family district & we also realize there are other non-conforming multi-family structures that are being ranted at this time in the city of Ramsey. We would like to make our building one of the properties that are conforming legally within the city zoning laws & make this home and property of some value to us and our immediate neighbors who may also have an interest in its future. In closing, we would again like to mention that this building as you can see by the picture, it is definately a duplex fi'om the exterior view and is definately a duplex within the interior structure. There is no interior staircase to get between the upstairs & downstairs. Them are 2 seperate main entrys into the building. Each unit contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washers/dryers & full kitchens with dishwashers, garbage disposals, ovens and refrigerators and each with its own fireplaces, water heaters and electric. With all this information we hope that you will see that this property may have been built in 1981 for the purpose of a single-family dwelling, but since that person first built the home, it has been nothing less, than a duplex and/or rental prope~ty.
