4). <br /> <br />Gwyn and I do not have any plans in selling this property now or in <br />the future due to this being a part of our retirement plan. <br /> <br />5). <br /> <br />We have spoken with a few of our neighbors and they are well aware <br />of what it is and have always known that it was a duplex and they <br />are standing behind us in obtaining this permit. <br /> <br />6). <br /> <br />In the last 8 years we have lived directly accross the road from this <br />property, and we were well aware, along with our neighbors of it <br />being a duplex and didn't have any worries of it being rental property. <br /> <br />7). <br /> <br />The city of Ramsey has granted conditional use permits in the past for <br />multi-family units in a single family district & we also realize there <br />are other non-conforming multi-family structures that are being ranted <br />at this time in the city of Ramsey. We would like to make our building <br />one of the properties that are conforming legally within the city zoning <br />laws & make this home and property of some value to us and our <br />immediate neighbors who may also have an interest in its future. <br /> <br />In closing, we would again like to mention that this building as you can see <br />by the picture, it is definately a duplex fi'om the exterior view and is <br />definately a duplex within the interior structure. There is no interior <br />staircase to get between the upstairs & downstairs. Them are 2 seperate <br />main entrys into the building. Each unit contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, <br />washers/dryers & full kitchens with dishwashers, garbage disposals, ovens <br />and refrigerators and each with its own fireplaces, water heaters and electric. <br />With all this information we hope that you will see that this property may <br />have been built in 1981 for the purpose of a single-family dwelling, but since <br />that person first built the home, it has been nothing less, than a duplex <br />and/or rental prope~ty. Please take into consideration our future plans and <br />intentions with this property that we have outlined for you in this letter. <br />Thank you for your time and considerations. <br /> <br /> <br />
