Mr. Klain replied if the development is flipped to the other side the residents would be affected <br />by the quantity of cars, noise, signage, etc. all the time. The way the plan has been presented <br />there is a wall with sloping roofs as a buffer and there will be vegetation put in around it; this <br />cannot be done if everything is flipped. There would be a line of 100 cars up against the edge to <br />meet the same square footage requirements if it were to be flipped. He believes it would be <br />better to have the building buffering everything. It has been zoned for this particular use since <br />they were building the Ryland homes.
