The storm sewer shall be <br />privately owned and maintained storm water ponds. <br />Outside Agency Review: Although this development is not proposing to gain access from State <br />Highway #10, the City is required to notify MnDOT when development occurs adjacent to a <br />State Highway. The plans have been submitted to MnDOT. <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive, to review your proposed site plan. You or your <br />representative should be present to answer any questions that may arise.
