Zoning Administrator Frolik indicated she <br />would check with the City Attorney regarding the City signage issues and indicated this would <br />also need to be discussed during the Chapter 9 review. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden asked if Page 65 regarding: Ohio Impact Fees Upheld; is what Ramsey <br />currently does. Zoning Administrator Frolik indicated this was stopped per the advise of the City <br />Attorney. She indicated she would forward the documentation from the Zoning Bulletin to the <br />City Attorney for his review. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen stated there were key phrases in the Zoning Bulletin regarding Home <br />Occupation and questioned when the Home Occupation Ordinance would be reviewed by staff. <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated it would be reviewed during winter 1998-1999. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />There were no comments. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue, seconded by Commissioner Deemer, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
