Case//4: <br /> <br />Request for Sketch Plan Approval of Business Park 95 - 7th Addition; Case <br />of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained the City is in the process of platting two additional lots in <br />the Business Park 95 industrial park. The area to be platted is generally north of the eastern <br />terminus of McKinley Street. She said both lots will receive public access from the northerly <br />extension of Radium Street off of McKinley Street NW. All five of the lots greatly exceed the <br />one-acre minimum area requirement. She indicated all of the lots will meet the minimum 200 foot <br />road frontage requirement. A grading and drainage plan will be provided as site plans for the <br />individual lots are received. The Park Commission will review the plat at their regular meeting in <br />March for park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to recommend that city <br />Council grant final plat approval to Business Park 95 - 7th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Jensen, and LaDue. <br />VotingNo: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry, Thomd, and Wivoda. <br /> <br />Case #5: Appointments to Architectural Review Board <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained there is a vacancy on the Business Park 95 Architectural <br />Review Board as a result of Mr. Bradley Thorud's resignation from the Planning Commission. <br />The Planning Commission had tabled action to replace Mr. Thorud on the Architectural Review <br />Board until the vacancies created by Mr. Thorud's and Mr. Holland's decline for reappointment <br />to the Commission are filled. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen stated she would be interested in filling the position on the Architectural <br />Review Board. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue, seconded by Commissioner Deemer, to appoint Commissioner <br />Jensen to the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners LaDue, Deemer, and Jensen. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry, Thorud, and Wivoda. <br /> <br />Case #6: Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen inquired what was happening regarding the Book Store signage issue. <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated she was unsure and indicated the matter had been turned over <br />to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen indicated a property on the south side of Nowthen Boulevard, near the <br />water tower, contains a pile of debris which is not aesthetically appealing. Commissioner Deemer <br />indicated that was his former residence and stated much of the debris on the property had been <br />placed there by an unknown source.
