Absent: Chairperson Bawden and Commissioner Wivoda. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik read the conditions of the Conditional Use Permit and suggested that <br />the City Attorney's recommendation regarding calling out the lighting plan and specific lighting <br />fixtures should be added. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen asked if the Planning Commission needs to indicate the height of the fence or <br />landscaping issues.
